Four years..

it's been four years since we first became a couple
sure, not everyday is full of flowers and balloons,
and cotton candies and rabbits
but i thank god because
it made me stronger,
it shaped us together and made us
become what we are today

i asked god for a miracle,
he gave me you.
you're someone i never expected to come so soon
and i'm happy you did because i knew right then
how it feels to live life
