this is for all thos who like playing dolls and really girlie games. i learned this from lai. she gave me the website: www.dressupgirl.net. i went to the site and started playing games. although the graphics were not that great, there are a lot of fun games to choose from. then, bee gave me another site: www.azdressup.com, which has better graphics than the first site and i'm still trying to check out all the games on the second site..

yesterday after work, peejay and i went straight to udmc. his brother's wife gave birth (via c-section) to the baby girl we have been waiting for for months now. super excited kame lahat. grabe, they said she is just like her kuya giro. makulit daw. buti umabot kame sa viewing time, which is just 5-6pm. we got there around 5:30, e ang hirap maghanap ng parking dun kaya we were able to go up to the nursery shortly before 6pm. she is so small and true to what they said, she IS makulit. among all the other babies that were there, sha lang yung umiiyak, at sha lang din yung nagiisang natanggal na yung ulo dun sa pillow, and nagiisang lumabas yung hands dun sa kumot. heheh...
when we asked giro who she looks like, he pointed to himself and said "ako!", sabay tawa. it's cute! he was super excited about his baby sister. he said to peejay's mom, with all innocense, "lola osie, tara, kunin na naten sha." aaawww. cute!

buhay call center..

haay..five days is almost over. bee brought her makeup kit and shempre makeup session nanaman! we tried different palettes and ang gaganda namen lahat! hihihi... coach allowed me to log in the same time peejay will (2:30 am) on saturday so we could go to katkat's christening (her son, i mean).

mmm...delish!

it's almost 3am. i'm supposed to be upstairs sleeping, pero i'm here beside peejay eating chicken soup i bought from the concessionaire. in fairness the soup was delish and it reminded me of my mom's chicken soup. he just finished our second bowl (haha..we had to buy another bowl. it was so delicious!) oh yeah, i just remembered. i forgot to take a picture of it. hehe (takaw kase!)
so, i was able to buy a dress yesterday. just wasn't able to post it yesterday kase peejay's pc doesn't have a mouse. the dress is nice. it's brown with tiny white polka dots on it. cute! i got it for Php250. can't wait to wear it on saturday, which reminds me, i have to remind coach winter about my early log in on saturday. yeah, i'll do it later today.

i was searching online for a place to eat. i remembered this chinese panciteria where we used to eat when i was small. my dad used to work as a professor in PMI colleges in sta. cruz and when there is a chance, he would take us to that panciteria. i don't know if it is still standing, but the food was great. i love their chopseuy rice and their pancit canton and the lumpiang shanghai was so delish!
anyhoo, i was checking google to see if there is info about it. i've never been there on my own and i would like peejay and me eat there sana. it has been years since i last went there. siguro it was way back 2000. i've asked my dad where it is exactly. ang lola mo, sabi saken, "dun lang yun. malapit sa PMI". eh, i've never stepped foot in the vicintiy of PMI, much less even know where it is! the closest i've been to PMI is dun nga sa restaurant na yun. di ba ang gulo?

peejay and me will be going to st. francis later to buy a dress for katkat's son's christening..i'm gonna be a ninang!! i have the accessories na. the package i was waiting for arrived and the accessories i'm gonna use at ghe's wedding is still a work in progress..
and speaking of ghe's wedding, he brought the dress i'll be wearing and i'll be trying it on later.. some adjustments still has to be done on the hemline but still, the dress is pretty. i rarely wear yellow, but this one is an exception! i like it so much!

ghe brought my pang abay dress to work and it's soo pretty!! can't wait to try it out but some adjustments had to be done on the hemline. but it is pretty as it is..can't wait to wear it!!!

may bago akong anak. pangalan nya pong. as in pong pagong (how original!). binigay sha samen. napulot sha sa kanal. wawa naman, orphan na sha. so we adopted him (i'm really not sure kung him sha or her).

kuya bought for me a set of facial something from THEFACESHOP. akala ko di nya seseryosohin yung sinabi nya before na bibilhan nya ko e, but he did, but i have to pay him in return. sabi nya it's only right that i should invest for a facial care set, just like what he, and my cousin did. while my cousin was in malaysia, she bought for herself a set of celnique stuff for the face. it did wonders to her face, but she ran out of supplies. now she's back here in the philippines, she replaced it with dr. murad's face products..

this was what she bought for herself.. i just don't have the exact pictures of the products she had been using, pero i guess it looks like these..

this is what kuya bought for himself. it's the QUICK AND CLEAN line from THEFACESHOP. according to the cleanser's label, it has a mild formulation that also takes away makeup. the toner and the moisturizer controls sebum production. the toner is said to be non-sticky (according to the label). as for the moisturizer, it is said to instantly soothe and hydrate and heal the skin (again, according to the label.) he said it cost him around Php1,600 for the three bottles. fairly reasonable for the things it could do..

this is what he got for me..DEWY FLOWER line from THEFACESHOP. instead of the usual foaming cleanser, he got me the clear peel exfopliating gel. it has no beads or anything that's supposed to scrub my skin. instead, it will peel off dead skin if you gently rub your face with it. it's supposed to take with it dead skin cells as the gel dries up. i like it so far, but it's too soon to tell. i've only used it twice. as for the toner, i like it because it doesn't sting. it's not sticky like the other usual astringents, which i'm not a big fan of. it has a mild scent which is almost a bit flowery, but not flowery enough to overpower your senses. as for the moisturizer, it's like the one i was using way back in high school, which is the clinique third-step moisturizer. same as the toner, it doesn't have a strong scent. it's so mild, it's literally just like putting a mild lotion on your face. it's also not sticky like OLAY total effects. kuya said it cost him Php1,415 for the three bottles.

fun sunday afternoon..

yesterday, peejay and his kuya bought a new pc. his kuya brought with him his son giro. so, while peejay and his kuya were away, giro and i played in his kuya's room. we goofed around with my phone and we took pictures of one another..
i took funny pictures of him..

and he took pictures of me too..

when peejay and his kuya got home, it's their turn to play..

the queen is back!!!

i forgot to mention this..last wednesday, peejay and i went to megamall to buy stuff. we passed by dun sa area na nirerenovate, and i saw this giant ad... dairy queen is soon to be put up.. haha!! yeah, baby!!! i just don't know kung kelan yung opening. pero, it doesn't matter. at least it's closer now. the only dairy queen i know is in tabang. hehe.. bee and nizeth and veron said that there is a branch in trinoma. haven't seen it yet, but, what the hell, i don't have to go there! just have to wait a few months until the branch in megamall is reopened..

winter's salon..

so, it's a saturday today and we don't have anything else to do but, of course to make ourselves prettier..hehe..makeup sessions nanaman!! walang curling sessions today kase i didn't bring my curling iron to work e (sayang!). this is the first time i've tried using the makeup i bought, and so far, ok naman yung nangyare. ang gaganda pa rin namen lahat (wala namang bago dun e. hehe..)
it used to be shei's house of kikay stuff. although it still is, pero may nadagdag na bagong venture. it's winter's salon. ehehe..

ouch! dammit!

among other things, the stupidest, if not outright shittiest, thing happened to me last night. i was out doing some grocery shopping with peejay. he was somewhere else and i was skimming the shelves for stuff to add to my cart. i bought an 800g can of pedigree dog food for my chubi and added it to my cart. you know the new carts that sm supermarket have? diba there is a portion on the carts where a child could sit while mommy was doing some shopping? i placed the can of dog food on that "basket" and continued shopping. a few minutes later, peejay sent me a message and asked me to add some colas. so i went to the soda shelf and i picked up a 2-liter cola. i was trying to arrange the stuff i've had on my cart in such a way that the soda bottles won't get crazy and roll on it's side. i didn't realize that the bottle hit the "basket". and that "basket" had two holes in it where the child's feet should go, right? so, the 800g can of pure, wet, heavy dog food fell off the cart. it landed square on my left foot. what's bad is the can's part that landed on my foot was either the top or the bottom part (i didn't care which one it is), so double the pain. it scraped some skin off my foot (eeooww!!), but it wasn't deep enough to bring blood. hell, i'm gonna cry my lungs out if i saw blood! so, i had to do the rest of my shopping limping away! the can hit the joint between the foot itself and the ankles and until now it's painful and swollen.

pistachios..yummy!!

phoebe brought pistachios today!! yum-o! i really like them. aside from pistachios, i also like eating walnuts, but i don't get to eat a lot of walnuts kase the only time my mom buys walnuts is when she cooks this pasta recipe that requires walnuts. i also like almonds. my mom would send us a bag of almonds and instead of looking up recipes with almonds, my kuya would give half of the bag to my tita who bakes goodies and the other half would be consumed by us. hehe..

l'oreal hot curl curling spray..

yesterday i tried using the curling spray i bought. sinubukan ko kung gano katagal maglalast yung curls. i finished curling my hair 11:30am. i had to take a bath around 5 or 5:30pm because pj had to pick me up pa. so, the curls lasted until i took a bath pero it's not as kulot as before when i finished curling my hair. the curls were not as tight as it initially had been, pero in fairness i love what it did to my hair. although sticky yung feel ng spray, ok lang. at leat my curls stayed.
one downside though, i had to make lots of thin sections of hair to apply the spray. i haven't tried pa yung very ends lang yung curled. maybe i'll try it this week. pero all in all, i like the spray. it doesn't smell as bad as the other hair sprays. feeling ko pa ngaparang citrusy yung smell nya.
i'm gonna try it out siguro later if i have enough time.

shopping time..

kanina, wiz and i went to sm north edsa to buy make up and accessories and pang landi for ghe's wedding in december. grabe it's been so long since i last went to sm north edsa. sobrang di ko na nakilala. sobrang laki ng difference kaysa dun sa dating north edsa na alam ko. siguro it's been like, 5 or 6 years na yata akong di nakakapunta dun.
oh, wait. i remember na. the last time i've been there was when my dad got confined sa veterans memorial hospital nung na stroke sha for the second time. tolerable sha if lalakarin mo from veterans to sm. pero if magcocommute from there, siguro, mga three minutes max andun ka na sa sm. i remember dun kame sa sm kumakain ng tita ko, or with my mom, pag nagbabantay kame sa hospital. it has been that long.
anyhoes, i went there kanina with my younger brother wiz. we met kuya there sa mcdo. we waited siguro for about 10-15 minutes before he arrived. he went there with christian and his family but they went their separate ways and kuya met us in mcdo.because he was late, and because pinupuno nya yung stickers for his starbucks planner, he treated us to starbucks. all three of us had dark cherry mocha. it was yummy. it tasted kinda bitter but it was because of the dark chocolate chips. it had no coffee in it kaya i like it.
after finishing our drinks, we went to the department store to buy makeup. buti na lang i asked manet kung aling makeup yung maganda. the brand i use kase is cover girl, and most of it came from canada. this is the first time i'm gonna buy a local brand. well, except my lip balms and lip glosses. i bought maybelline eyeshadow, blush, concealer, foundation, lipstick and lipgloss. i got a free makeup bag from them. buti na lang i bought all my makeup from them. i spent just Php1,762.53 for everything. swerte ko kase i was able to get a 25% discount on all the items i bought.afterwards we went to the upper floor to buy accessories, and after paying for it we went downstairs again to buy hairspray and other stuff for my hair.
the hairspray i bought is a l'oreal hot curl spray. primary reason: it is designed to work with curling irons and it makes the hair shinier. the lady said it will hold the curls but it will not look stiff. sabi nya it will make the curled hair bouncy. it was Php475, but it had a 10% discount. kinda pricey but i hope it was worth it.






nakakatuwa i got a lot of freebies. especially from l'oreal.

i also bought 3 makeup brushes. one big brush and lip brush from mistine and an eyelid brush. aside from fanny serrano's brushes, it was the only big brush we found that was washable and very soft to the skin. i got a 50% discount on the big brush and another 50% discount on the lip brush. the eye lid brush was around Php60.after everything we bought for me, it was time to go to ideal vision for my brother's prescription glasses. 50% discount yung glasses tapos he had a coupon for Php500. the total price he paid for a new pair of glasses was Php1,795.
goofing around while waiting for our food @ shakey's..

we ordered deal #1 (or something..i can't remember yung exact name ng package) @ shakey's. it had your choice of chix and mojos or pasta platter, 1 large thin crust manager's choice pizza, and a pitcher of their own brewed iced tea. we added another large thin crust garlic and cheese pizza and christian bought a plate of mojos. we chose to get the 3 pc chix and mojos rather than the platter of pizza, but since there are four of us, we bought a plate of their chicken and pasta meal.

wawa naman.. pero they're so cute. para silang may suot na boxing gloves..hihi..

birthday ni tyler..

last night, peejay, me, manet, donnel, and coach ron went to lee's house in palmera VI to celebrate tyler's 2nd birthday. grabe, ang laki laking bata ni tyler. he is pj's inaanak. too bad i wasn't able to see my inaanak julian. huhu.. mejo matagal ko na di nakikita yun e.
grabe, super traffic on the way to lee's. i wouldn't want to live there even if i have a lot of money to burn.

dami food..

we had spaghetti, pancit, fried chicken, barbecue, and yung favorite ko sa lahat, yung hotdog with marshmallows na nakatusok sa cabbage! i haven't had that for the longest time. ewan ko, there's nothing special about it, pero i guess aside from mascots, it would be the epitome of a children's party.

i wasn't supposed to drink pero tinikman ko lang yung tres cepas. masarap sha, in fairness. we didn't get to finish the entire bottle kase we had to go home agad

post birthday..

on my previous post, i said i spent my birthday in marinduque. well, here are the pictures..
i went there with my brother, peejay and our friend ryan.. wiz is working for asia brewery, so mejo traitor sha kase they drank red horse when we were there..

i haven't given him this picture yet. sabi nya he's gonna make this his wallpaper.this was what they had as pulutan in their first night.. i cooked hilabos na hipon and chicharon na intestine. mahirap sha iprepare pero in fairness, masarap sha talaga ha..hehe.. nakapagluto ako ng intestine.. pang matibay ang sikmura lang ng taong gagawa nito.. thanks kay ian kase sa kanya namen natutunan kung pano gawin 'to..wiz made seaweed salad. we were not supposed to make one, pero when we went to the market, he saw the seaweed and he said it's been a long time since he had this, so bumili sha.on my birthday, i cooked spaghetti and wiz cooked chopsuey. i love how wiz made the chopsuey. mejo tedious yung preparations pero it was well worth it. for my cake, peejay, ordered bibingka. yummy!!haPEE birthday!!! i had the food but not the drinks..

the next day, off we go to town and we bought pasalubong for all our team mates..outside the store was a no entry sign, but instead of just saying, NO ENTRY, it said something else. same thing for the NO PARKING sign. we had our picture taken, so there..there was also a welcome sign outside.

before we went home, peejay, wiz and i, ate in bfc for merienda. they had halo halo, i had mais con yelo, and we shared 1 whole pizza supreme.

home sweet home..this is where my siblings and all my cousins spend our vacations from when we were mere children until now. i wasn't able to get a picture of the other side and the bahay kubo out at the back. next time na lang yun. hehe..
