aaawww...

yesterday, my brother, who works for the same company as my close high school friend, mae, told me that one of our other close friend, ayen, got married last may 8th. apparently, they were unable to contact me, so i wasn't able to attend the wedding.
too bad for me..but, i'm happy for the couple...they've been together for what, eight or nine years before they finally tied the knot.
again, my regards to the couple, aileen and ek!! best wishes (although this came in late). again, i'm really sorry i wasn't there with the rest of the gang..

my mom's coming home..

i'm so excited. after almost two years of not seeing her, she would come home for a couple of weeks. she'll fly back to canada on the 25th, just three days after my dad's birthday. it's just a really short visit, which is just fine. at least we'd get to see her again..
peepee, me, and wiz would pick her up from the airport. the plane's eta would be on june 5th, 9:55pm.

new toy..

my dad just got himself a new laptop. it's an hp pavillion dv6-1053cl. peepee and i finished setting it up last night. i just finished creating the recovery disccs for it, and now i'm testing it's online connection (as if it needs to be tested..hehe..)

i also tested the built in webcam..

my desktop is still busted. my brother and i decided we'd get another desktop instead. i've told peepee to build one for us. we don't need a case and a monitor. we could still use the one that we have. tomorrow i'll look for pricelists of parts that we need...

no, i haven't joined.

i'm seeing everyone using this. from my brothers, to my officemates. i'm still thinking about joining. i just wanted to play the games. but i'm a bit hesitant, especially after what happened to what used to be my friendster account. i haven't opened it in years, when suddenly this stranger started sending malicious mails to peepee about me. what the?!

so, it was traumatizing for me, and until now, i haven't opened it and i refuse to.

but, manet, veron, and my brothers have been asking me to join. they said it's more secure compared with friendster. i don't know. i'm still thinking about it..

she gave birth to three baby pugs. sadly, the third was stillborn. they just had their dew claws removed yesterday, so they look like little boxers now. hihi..cute..
